Welcome to "Iridescent Lotus"! I'm going to go ahead and jump to the conclusion that if you're here, you want to know more about me and/or about this page! Well, let's begin... About Me:
My name is Shanise, and I live in Springfield, MO - born and raised ya'll! I've spent most of my life hopping around things that interested me, but the only things that have stayed consistent is music and books!
I read as much as possible and listen to music constantly! (it's pretty much a lifeline.)
I have fallen in love with Korean music, dramas, culture and the language. Learning as much as possible. I began studying Spanish in high school and I continue to learn more every day. Sometimes I surprise myself with what I know. I think, of all the languages I've tried to learn, Korean and Spanish have been the easiest and most fun of all! :)
When I'm not reading I'm working as a CMA in a pediatric clinic, trying to work out and eat better, and spending time with my nephews and little brother!
